I was working with a practitioner in Texas and having a discussion about blood sugar. We have always known that cinnamon is a potent sugar reducer. There are many kinds of cinnamon out there, but the one below was recommended. So this morning I woke and placed 1 TSP in my AM java. 1/2 hour later my sugar was the lowest I have EVER seen it. I will check at 2 hours as well to see the impact.
The main issue is that no matter what you HEAR...you may have to find out the results on your own!
